Because many Koraé pieces are handmade, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the unique nature of each garment.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent or violates these Terms.

5. Shipping

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of Koraé's control.

Koraé is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Exchanges are available within 30 days for eligible items.

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective and must be approved after the item has been returned and inspected.
