Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Koraé pieces!

Exchanges:
We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date for a different size or another item of equal value, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and liners intact.

Refunds:
All sales are final after 30 days from the original purchase date. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Refunds will only be issued if an item arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. The item must be returned to us before a refund can be processed. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Koraé reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
